Recovery from Fore-Arm & Shin injury

The Carpal Bones in the wrist need immediate Ice-Pack pressure.

Secure the elbow (Sling / Strapping) to reduce movement and avoid

all risky hand positions.  For relaxation try a warm bath. Deep-Heat does not

solve the under-lying issue.

Shin – pain on the Tibia – Temporary Taping up ! Taping is not a substitute

for treatment. Seek treatment at the first opportunity.
