Why cycle 100km +

May be it is in your blood, & I’m not talking a blood swap ! That is still illegal in competitive circles.

Perhaps a few pointers to consider are;

A good saddle

Good quality shorts

Fuel for your body, liquid sugars, Re-hydration drinks with isotonics & high energy snacks !

Training to consider; mountain climbing & decent phases for recovery.

Where to train is a consideration; i.e, Lincolnshire Wolds, Peak District & beyond !

Perhaps, also train in various wind directions !
