Fuel for your body, liquid sugars, Re-hydration drinks with isotonics & high energy snacks !
Training to consider; mountain climbing & decent phases for recovery.
Where to train is a consideration; i.e, Lincolnshire Wolds, Peak District & beyond !
Perhaps, also train in various wind directions !
